When a student's RDS information (RCN) cannot match a Colleague record using first and last name, DOB, and SSN, they create orphaned records (transactions) that need to be cleaned up.
To do that, the System Office has given us an Informer report that should be run by the RDS Coordinator to process all orphaned records, called RDS Orphaned Transactions.
After the RDS Coordinator has run this report, go to the colon prompt and type in the following:
GET.LIST <SAVED LIST NAME> DELETE XST.RDS.TRANSACTIONS Y
