Use the Workflow Definition (WFDF) form to define a WfMS workflow. This is the starting
point when creating a new workflow definition. You can give the workflow a unique
mnemonic. Users can start the workflow by placing the mnemonic is placed on a
Colleague menu.
Activities listed in the Workflow Definition Activities field are the steps to be performed in
the workflow. Detailing on a line in the Workflow Definition Activities field takes you to the
Workflow Parameter Definition (WFPD) form, where you can then define the activities for
that workflow.
The order in which the activities appear in the list of Workflow Definition Activities is not
necessarily the order in which they are executed. The order of execution is determined in
the hook code.
