Workflow Mnemonic
Enter the mnemonic that is used to initiate this workflow definition from the menu.
Design Status
Enter the availability status of the workflow definition for users.
The status indicates if the workflow definition is available to be run by users. Only statuses
of with a special processing code #1 equal to a 1 are available for use.
Generate
Indicate whether or not you want to generate this workflow definition when you save your
entries on WFDF.
Enter Yes to generate this workflow definition, or enter No if you want only to save the
workflow definition settings.
Workflow Definition Activities
Use this field to enter all activities that are run by this workflow definition. Enter the name
of the activity if you know it, or Detail to the Workflow Activity Definition (WADF) form. For
detailed information about defining activities, see “Defining activity parameters” on
page 22.
